Nicola Semple

I’m Nicola Semple – a librarian, writer and lifelong learner based in Manchester. In the past 6 years I have worked in special, poetry, public, college and university libraries, with a focus on information literacy, academic engagement, user experience, accessibility, and reading for pleasure. This site is a space to share my work, ideas, and projects – rooted in a commitment to access, equity, and thoughtful communication. I’m interested in how we use and make sense of information, and how creative, careful practice can make a meaningful difference.
